Shipping & Returns FAQs

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Australia generally takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

At this stage we only ship within Australia.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging. Please lodge your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping is generally at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product. In that case, we’ll cover the cost.



Yes – Express Post is available at checkout for faster delivery. Timeframes depend on your postcode.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we’ll investigate with the courier.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

In most cases we can provide an exchange for the same product or a store credit, provided the item is returned in its original condition.

Pleaseget in touch with photos of the issue, and we’ll organise a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
