Shipping within Australia

LOVELYS currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

The final shipping price will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.


Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).


Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
LOVELYS is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
