We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used beauty and personal care products, including cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and body care items.
Unopened items in original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item:

is faulty or defective,

is damaged in transit,

is not as described,

or you received the wrong product.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and arrange a solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

sale or clearance items,

gift cards.
